Am I any wiser?

A year older and yet I'm on the same road
I know I should be turning left somewhere
I could have missed it already
I may have still ways to go

A minute has gone and still I'm undecided
Should I stop and ask for directions?
Should I keep moving forward?
I digress

Another moment of hesitation and again I lose focus
A fault in humanity
I feel uncertainty
I blame myself
